This notice explains what we record when you visit the one more. website and send a wedding enquiry, why we record it, how we protect it, and your rights.

Who is responsible

Your information is processed by one more., a wedding photo booth service in North Cyprus. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +90 533 879 81 64.

What we record

When you send the enquiry form, we record:

• your full name,
• your phone number and/or email address,
• your wedding date, or the month and year you have in mind,
• if you share them, your venue or town and approximate guest count,
• the date and time of your enquiry.

When you send the form, a prepared message opens in WhatsApp. If you send it, we also receive your message and the phone number shown in WhatsApp.

To prevent misuse of the form, a one-way code derived from your IP address is used briefly. Your IP address itself is not stored.

Why we use it

• To review your enquiry, check availability and get back to you,
• if you wish, to prepare a quote and handle your booking,
• to prevent misuse of the form and unwanted submissions.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing without your permission.

Legal basis

We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (answering your enquiry and preparing a quote), to perform a service agreement if one is made, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure. Your personal data is processed in line with the data protection legislation in force in North Cyprus and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we share it with

Only one more. can access your records. The hosting provider that runs our website and records system stores the information on our behalf only. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your message is subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) own privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored on our hosting provider’s servers, which may be located outside North Cyprus. Records can only be accessed through an admin panel that only the business owner can sign in to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for at most 24 months after our last contact and then deleted. Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. The anti-misuse code expires within a few hours and is cleared from the system automatically.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have incorrect information corrected, to have your information deleted or its use restricted, and to object to its processing. Send your request on WhatsApp to +90 533 879 81 64; we will reply within 30 days at the latest. We may ask for additional information to confirm that the request is yours. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website does not use cookies for advertising or visitor analytics. Only your chosen language is saved in your browser so it is remembered on your next visit. Your form details are not stored in your browser.

Wedding photos

This notice covers our website and enquiry form. How photos taken by the photo booth at your wedding are shared and kept is set out separately in the service agreement with the couple.

We may update this notice when needed. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
